❖ No refunds, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 3 days.
❖ We accept Visa, Master Card. Please do not add tip to your credit card.
❖ We do not accept checks.
❖ Appointments are required for all spa services.
❖ We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment. You will have to wait for the next available technician when you arrive.
❖ Your promptness is appreciated.
❖ Please allow 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
❖ We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or coupons.
❖ For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problem, or allergies that may affect your service.
❖ In consideration of our customers, children may visit only when receiving services.
❖ You may return a product only if it's in the original condition for store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase with our receipt.
❖ All prices are subject to change.
❖ Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and may only be used for services or store products.
